Store owner replied: Hi Kathy, We’re so happy to hear how much your pendant means to you. Thank you for letting us be part of creating something so special.

Customer photo review of Ripple Dewdrop Dichroic Pendant with Infused Cremation Ashes

I find this pendant extremely comforting after losing my mom. Everyone I show it to that knew her gets teary eyed and feels her energy in the colors and sparkles inside. My biggest issue was the artist simply sent them without any note or saying there was ashes leftover or no ashes leftover. That part had me reach out to customer service simply because it was so important to me to share her ashes to make this beautiful glass piece.

It's a beautiful piece, but there's very little purple in it. I know every piece is different, I was just hoping for a little more color.

Store owner replied: Hi Natalie, We're so sorry to hear your order didn't quite meet expectation. We'd be happy to take a look at your piece. If you'd like to share a couple photos, please send them to: hello@spiritpieces.com

The only reason I didnt do 5 stars was due to the shipping back for the remains . I had a hard time getting someone to do it and when I finally did they made me pay $61 for the shipping to get them back to you.
