Why is the box so large, I'm only sending a teaspoon of ashes?
We don't know why the post office is only providing an extra large box for sending any amount of cremation ash. It's just wasteful to use such a large box for such a small amount of ash, but that's the post office for you.
How long does it take the post office to send me the box?
We've heard up to two weeks.
I ordered before they started doing all this and have a padded express mailer, can I use that?
You can try.
The box has a picture of a full urn on it, do I need to send the full urn?
No, unfortunately that's misleading. You can send fractional amount of ashes.
If I send you the ashes another way than the box USPS wants us to use will you accept the package?
Yes, we will accept any package sent to us.
