At this moment you can only send Pet ashes via UPS. We suggest sending in flat rate mailers. You can find flat rate mailers at your local UPS store or ship via a self-provided small box (difference between flat rate and a small box is a few dollars.

For USPS, there's a big box and a small box, is there a tiny box? I'm only sending a teaspoon of ashes?
Unfortunately no tiny box, though it would make sense. Please select the 'Small' box (either of the small options is fine.)
How long does it take the post office to send me the box?
We've heard up to two weeks.
I ordered before they started doing all this and have a padded express mailer, can I use that?
You can try.
The box has a picture of a full urn on it, do I need to send the full urn?
No, unfortunately that's misleading. You can send fractional amount of ashes.
If I send you the ashes another way than the box USPS wants us to use will you accept the package?
Yes, we will accept any package sent to us.
