COVID-19

At this time there's limited impact on Spirit Pieces in regards to COVID-19.  All artists and staff are healthy, but a few are now closed.  Kits are going out on within 3-4 business days and we still anticipate most orders shipping within 4-6 weeks.  The biggest general impact is that artists are only picking up kits 1x a week.

There is no specific timeline to return collection kits once you receive them - we gets kits all the time from orders placed months ago.

However, given both the risk of illness and governmental actions, the delivery schedule on any specific order may change without notice.

Current impact:

  • Spirit Pieces Corporate Office is open Monday -> Thursday with reduced Friday hours.  Closed Saturday and Sunday.
  • Misha's delivery window is now 6-8 weeks.
  • Rachel is under a 'Stay at Home' restriction through May 1st, kits received prior to 3/25 will be delayed in shipment
  • Mike is under a 'Stay at Home' restriction through May 1st, kits received prior to 3/25 will be delayed in shipment
  • Jilli's studio is closed until May 1st.  She is still able to receive kits.
  • Mike Hudson will be minimally staffed until May 15th.  The larger items may take longer to fulfill.
  • Keith will reopen around May 15th.  Kits received after March 6th will be processed as soon as he can reopen.  Kits can still be sent in.
  • Michele Krempa is working at a reduced capacity.
  • Randell is now closed until further notice due to local COVID Mandates.  Kits received will be processed as soon as she reopens.
  • Dan Neff has limited capability, some items will not be made until a partner studio is open.  Kits received will be processed as soon as she reopens.
  • International Orders are taking much longer to ship through customs; a minimum one business week should be added to estimated shipment times for intentional orders.
  • Jonathan (who is in Canada) is now on a 6-8 week schedule due to afore mentioned customs delays.
