Care
We recommend removing your jewelry before doing dishes, showering or swimming. Avoid wearing jewelry in chlorinated water, salt water, or around harsh chemicals as it can discolor and damage jewelry as well as loosen stones and discolor resins.
Put jewelry on after using cosmetics, hair spray or perfumes to avoid contact with substances and chemicals that may cause damage to resins.
Do not eat, chew, lick or suck on.
WARRANTY
We guarantee repairs or replacement of our pieces for up to one year from the date of purchase on the condition that the repair or replacement is necessary due to construction defects. Repair/replacement of the resin layer is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase, dependent on the availability of cremains. If no cremains are available, a refund will be granted. This warranty does not include repair for damage caused by neglect, abuse, or general wear-and-tear. All repairs under this warranty are at the discretion of the jeweler and will be limited to the purchase price of the item.
Regular upkeep of your jewelry is required to maintain your warranty. A documented periodic inspection of your jewelry purchase is the best way to safeguard against potential problems. See above for care notes.
