USPS is reporting RECORD shipping delays due to the convergence of severe COVID outbreaks and record setting shipping rates. Some issues we're seeing include:
- Tracking won't update and/or says only 'Arriving Late'
- Package is on an odyssey somewhere in the country
- Scan codes that do not make sense
We very much regret your package is delayed, as we know it's important to you and your family. It will eventually arrive, we just can't say when. We only have access to the same tracking number and phone numbers you do and are unable to furnish additional information.
We do not consider packages so delayed as lost. With that said, if the package is delayed more than 45 days from date we shipped it, we will remake it for free.
