Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 50 reviews.
We have used spirit pieces for our last for kitty losses, and we love them. We will use them again for last kitty. They do amazing work and so realistic.
This is our 2nd cat memorial urn that we have gotten from Spirit Pieces and they were wonderful to deal with. We wanted something special for our cats final resting place and this couldn't be more beautiful.
This is beautiful. It looks just like her. Wendy and her painter can't be praised enough. Getting this feels like a steal. If I could recommend higher than 5 stars I would. Not just because of the piece itself, but because of how helpful they were through emails, and keeping in contact to make sure everything was how I wanted.
I'm very pleased with the paint work. The painted Floyd looks like him.Easy to work with the company,. Great and friendly service. I would recommend to my friends.
Wendy did a remarkable job with my best friend Mittens. Thank you for everything you did to always being able to see Mittens everyday next to me! 🙏❤️🐾
We are speechless... The experience with Spirit Pieces was wonderful, the artist made sure to understand what we were looking for requested pictures and send proofs of the little sign and a picture of the finished product to approve. Thank you!
Outstanding attention to detail. The whole process from initial email to updates along the way, finally to shipment was flawless. This really is a team full off animal lovers. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you to the entire team for making my first purchase perfect.
I was blown away by my experiences with Spirit Pieces and the artist Wendy who completed the custom painted urn for my cat Norman. I emailed with further questions, and customer service quickly replied to my concerns. At the time of purchase, I was informed that it would be 2-4 months before my urn could be completed. Requests for information and pictures came right away from the artist. In less than 2 months, Wendy sent me pictures of the urn. She encouraged me to ask for changes if I needed them. I sent her another picture to clarify the back of Norman's neck. In less than a day, I had the updated photos. I couldn't be happier. The work was even more beautiful in person. I would recommend Spirit Pieces to anyone and everyone. I intend on getting some jewelry done, and I just know the process, the product, and the people will exceed my expectations every time.
There are no words for how wonderful my experience was with Spirit Pieces. The individuals who worked with me were very thorough and communicative every step of the way. I adopted Mina as a newborn kitten and had her for almost 21 years. I loved her so much and literally do not remember life without her. She was not only physically unique; she had a huge personality and always thought she was conversing with people. With her torty markings, I wondered how anyone could paint her. The artist Donna who painted Mina made sure she had every detail perfect to capture Mina’s likeness. When I made this purchase, I hoped to have a beautiful memorial for my baby. I received an identical little model of her that I now treasure more than anything else in this house. I really appreciate all of you at Spirit Pieces, not only for your kindness and attention to detail, but for sharing your amazing gift of art in such an incredible way. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
The entire process has been wonderful, from communication to reviewing the proofs, thank you so much for the help during a difficult time. Its simply purrfect for the best kitty ever.
I love our urn of our kitty. It looks just like him. We have 2 other kitties that have passed away years ago and we are going to order them one too and for any future fur babies. ❤️
I'm just blown away, it looks just like him, it's like he's sleeping next to me. Thank you so so much!! You do truly awesome work!!
I am amazed at the quality of this urn and Wendy who painted the urn. She made sure to listen to exactly what I wanted and made any changes I wanted. I can't thank her enough for being so patient with me. I knew I wanted a very special and unique urn for my very first baby, he was the most special kitty and I'm so happy his urn looks just like him. Looking at this urn just makes me think of him and I love it so much. At such a sad time in my life, it was nice to have some joy. I am happy to have him forever rest in this urn.
Thank you for this lovely resting place for Leo.
I had such an awesome experience during a very tough time. I will recommend your company to all my friends and family. Everyone was so thoughtful and caring. Thank you to everyone that helped me through this process
My experience was great. Easy to work with the artist and the finished product is bringing me joy every day.
This turned out so beautifully! Wendy did such an amazing job communicating with me throughout the process and even made sure a few special touches were added to make sure the piece truly looked like my Hobo. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. It’s absolutely perfect. I would recommend this piece. It’s worth every penny.
What a wonderful company. They communicated throughout the whole process and sent updates to let you know where your product was in the personalization process. I would recommend this urn to everyone who has lost their fur baby.
Found your website and had to order these custom urns. Although we only lost 1 precious baby, I had to order for the remainder of them since they are all VERY close in age and wanted to be prepared...plus the discount received for a larger order. They are absolutely beautiful and really match the look of our furry ones. I highly recommend Spirt Pieces to those pet owners looking for a great way to keep your loved one's ashes. Kind Regards- V. Mainwaring
This piece is incredible! The details captured Baxter's fur purrfectly and it feels like we have a mini version of him with us always! I know in my mind what my expectations were, and you exceeded those beyond measure ❤️
Losing our buddy Willie so suddenly was difficult for my wife and me. After a few weeks, I noticed a Goggle ad for your wonderful company. With painter Donna’s patience and expertise, we were presented a lasting tribute to our little guy. His urn now rests on our bedroom dresser where for ten years he would sit mornings and wait for us to get up. Thank you for your great service and detailed memorial. We are so pleased.
I was very happy with the finished urn! They make sure you are satisfied with the colors before the final coating. The artist got my baby's brown belly and other spots perfect. I love mine so much!!! It was worth every penny and the wait!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely amazing, captured our little baby so beautifully. Customer service was so easy to deal with and they took the time asking questions to make the process seamless for us. I am forever thankful that they were able to make the pieces look exactly how our baby did.
Everything was wonderful , had a great likeness to my cat Caesar. Well painted, clean and elegant looking. Good communication throughout the transaction. A little smaller than I thought it would be , so it makes it hard to read the inscription on the plaque. Overall though very satisfied
I love it so much 😻. The painter did an amazing job on it. Thank you so much.
It’s just beautiful. Perfect way to remember my sweet Rocky while keeping his remains. Forever my Angel.
I cannot believe how detailed this is. After the passing of my cat Obama, on Thanksgiving, I was browsing looking for the right urn for him. I am so glad I came across this one.
From start to finish, I am very pleased with my order. When I found out my best furriend had cancer I looked high and low for something that would do her any justice. I landed on the custom painted urn. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and amazing at their job. It can't be easy dealing with so many grieving hearts. The painter worked hard and without complaint as we discussed every unique marking my kitty had. This urn had to be perfect for me to be happy. And when I got the final pics for approval, I cried bc it was so perfect. I thank everyone who had a hand in this process. You've enabled me to give my sweet girl a final resting place deserving of such royalty. I couldn't possibly love it more!
Both The owner, Dave and the artist were very helpful and considerate. I appreciated the artist sending an image of her first rendering and her eager willingness to make a few changes. We are very satisfied with our precious kitty’s resting place.
It took my breath away! It is perfection. So exquisitely done. The picture does not even do it justice. I am beyond the moon. It is really beautiful. Thank you very, very much. Beautiful.🧡
Considering the emotional pain of losing a beloved pet, finding the ideal memorial urn can be daunting. My overall experience with Spirit was exceptional. I received continual communication throughout the process, and found the artist to be quite understanding in accommodating our alterations. Overall, the finished product is a cherished memoir that we have displayed in our home. I really feel like the finished piece personifies both in grace and elegance our beloved feline.
I was so very touched by the customer service and the quality I received from Spirit Pieces. From day one everyone was loving and compassionate. They made such a difficult experience so gentle and personal. My biggest thank you to Wendy Bradley. She managed my numerous requests with patience, caring and understanding. I truly felt supported during the creation process. Also, thank you to Donna, the artist, who repeatedly changed her features upon each request. I would recommend Spirit Pieces to anyone who needs to memorialize their loved ones. Having Duchess in this beautiful resting place brings peace and joy to my heart daily. May God Bless You All! Sincerely, Tia Roberts
When I ordered this, I didn't realize that they would make it to look like my baby girl so it was a wonderful surprise. It is an exact likeness. I absolutely love it. And it is bigger that what you imagine it from the picture on the website. Sturdy and good quality. I am extremely happy and very very satisfied. I have her resting on my buffet with all my angel figurines. Thank you so much Spirit Pieces. You did a wonderful job!
When I placed the Urn next to Tippers photo, it’s unreal how much it looks like her. You all did a great job.
It looks just like our beloved cat! The customer care was top-notch, keeping us informed along the way as the ceramic urn was cast and then painted, sending us photos and asking our opinion. I highly recommend Spirit Pieces!
Amazing likeness to our cat! It is well worth the wait if you want a urn for your loved one that will have an exact likeness!
Amazing!!
Spirit Pieces is a wonderful company. Every interaction I have had with them has been great. I have many memorable pieces from jewelry to an urn for my beloved kitty, Minty who passed last year.
These people do a wonderful job. Very happy with our purchase. We've used their service before and will in the future.
