My Mom passed away in February 2025, she didn't want a funeral and she wanted to be cremated. This left my family with a void of not having some where to visit her. Easy to follow instructions, everything needed to send the ashes was included in the intro package, and the artist did a beautiful job of creating my sun catcher. It is bigger and heavier than I was expecting - that's not a complaint, more like a happy discovery!
