Spirit Pieces make sure that I got exactly what I envisioned. Now I can carry all three of my angel puppy dogs on my hand and in a necklace. The ring really does look like an opal with its little secret inside. I got the teal and green with a touch of purple. It's perfect. Everyone I spoke to and worked with was as empathetic and gentle as you would want them to be in dealing with cremains. Because the postal mail lost some of the remains being sent to another state, Spirit Pieces made sure that It's a smooth transition of what was left from the ring sent to the artist who made the pendant. The ashes were found eventually, it was not the fault of anyone except the postal service specifically my local postal service. I checked the box for spreading the ashes in a respectful way. And I felt in safe hands and cared for with every step of the process. I really appreciate their tenderness and kindness during the most difficult time of my so far. The products that I got are absolutely beautiful and just as pictured in the examples.

I wasn't happy about the transfer fee but understand it.
It would have been nice to know that the new artist had the ashes. It was like 6 weeks since I payed to have the ashes transferred. Not knowing if my beloved girl’s ashes were lost somewhere or if the artist had them. Then I got a message that the new artist had them and a couple days later I got a message saying my piece was on its way. The piece is beautiful. But, I also with the piece got the note that more ashes remained. But, did not see the note saying if I did not want them back they would be spread respectfully. So, I’m wondering did my girl’s ashes just get tossed. Sorry, to be picky and I love all your products but she was my life

I have purchased 2 items from Spiritpieces. I love the red sphere I received. It’s what we as the family wanted. With the left over ashes iI ordered some earrings to be made. They are more purple than I wanted but they are still lovely.

It was a very easy process to get done
I purchased a dichroic rainbow orb earlier this year and then after I received it and thought it was so stunning, I decided to order a bedazzled drop pendant with my love's cremains. Since there were still some cremains left from the orb, I was able to transfer them to the new artist for a small transfer fee. This meant I didn't have to pack and mail more ashes or go to the post office. It was so easy and I was pleased with the seamless transfer. Thank you!

We were thrilled that the extra cremains of our loved one could be moved from one artist to another, allowing another piece to be made. We had already broadcast our remaining ashes in a little ceremony and my niece’s request for a special piece to be made was only possible with the ability to take advantage of the transfer of ashes.
