I can't recommend Spirit Pieces enough. I ordered a cremation ash ring and pendant for my beloved dog, Zulu. This was an incredibly emotional purchase, and I wanted both pieces to match and reflect the memories we shared together. Choosing colors online was difficult, so I reached out for guidance. The customer service I received was nothing short of amazing. Autumn took the time to understand what I was hoping for, communicated with both artists, and helped me feel confident in my choices. When the first pendant arrived, the colors were clearly not what we had discussed. I was heartbroken. Instead of questioning my concerns, Autumn immediately acknowledged that something had gone wrong, contacted the artist, and arranged for a replacement using the remaining cremation ashes. The process was quick, compassionate, and completely stress-free. When my ring arrived, I actually got tears in my eyes. It was absolutely perfect. The replacement pendant was equally beautiful and matched the ring perfectly. The craftsmanship is incredible, and the handwritten notes from the artists made these keepsakes even more special. Anyone can make beautiful jewelry. What truly sets this company apart is the care they show for both their craftsmanship and their customers.
